Furniture can be something as simple as a step stool or as complex as a large entertainment center,  but in all cases it should be crafted to be functional and to display the true beauty of the wood.  Too many pieces of  commercial furniture today are made of composite materials that simply will not last, and have a sprayed-on artificial looking finish that has no durability.

 When building a piece of furniture I carefully hand select every piece of wood that will be used and work with the grains and faces of the wood to make the most visually pleasing piece possible.  And I work with my customers to create furniture designs that will complement  their decor .

 I have worked with all types of woods, stains, dyes, and finishes which allow me to help the customer select the type of wood and finish most appropriate for their piece.  All finishes are hand applied, not sprayed on.  I personally think there is no finish that shows the natural beauty of wood better than a hand applied finish.

 I strive to make each piece of furniture something the customer can be proud of and feel worthy of  handing down through generations.
